The making of a dream…

I couldn’t stop thinking about it. The book. Where was that book? I set the seed into my mind to germinate until the answer came. I went directly to the garage, moving aside the boxes until I found the one I was looking for. After months of feeling uninspired, this little book became my beacon. I set it before me and journaled and sketched. I enticed my niece to join me in the project of creativity. We collaborated, bringing the simple costume to life with custom fittings, a gorgeous train, and a gold crown spun from lace. A secret garden came to mind, a magical place that as soon as we arrived, I could barely contain myself and had to photograph immediately.

Thus was born the Storybook Tales line of children’s photography. Photography that is inspired by a story or character, yet made entirely unique to your child. Half the fun is the concepting, creating, planning. Don’t worry, we’ll do this together! I will help you every step of the way. Costumes can be made, rented or purchased online. The location can be special to you or someplace well known for its grandeur. The beauty of this line is that the possibilities are endless!

Follow me here to get started on your own storybook. I look forward to creating with you!
